Pros

Great co-workers and relaxed atmosphere. I feel that my opinion and knowledge is valued. Management genuinely cares and is approachable. No fear of making mistakes. Complete customer focus, which suits my working style. I've had quite a few jobs over my working life and I can honestly say that this is one of the best.

Cons

Ye olde dress code. Having to wear a suit when I have next to no visible contact to customers is a bit odd. Flexible working is limited due to the customer service nature of the job. Expectations on what one person can do in a day is a little bit off (the days whiz by though). Judging by other reviews, some departments are not as good to work in.

Need to wear suits The location of the company is a bit far, you better have a car
