Pros
Excellent peers, knowledgeable staff and good product. As far as the pros go; this is where it ends.
Cons
Before I begin, pay close attention to the previous reviews left on here. If you follow the trail far enough back you'll see that for every negative review that is left, two or three positive '5' rating reviews are left in quick succession. If you read all of the reviews in depth, you will notice (among the generic positives) that this point has been raised before. This is due to the fact that this site is monitored by certain individuals within the company to try and maintain the overall point score above a certain value (3.6 at the time of writing). It may also be worth looking out for the subsequent reviews following this one as they will follow one of two approaches: a glowing '5' rating generic review, or (if a change of pace is deemed necessary) a '3' / '4' 'balancing' review that attempts to appear critically positive. The review history on this site should give you some indication of what to expect here. If you're lucky enough that your face fits, and you can play the extreme political game to it's advantage, you will do well here. Otherwise, you better keep your head down if you wish to make it beyond your first year. The staff turnover is the highest I've ever seen during my professional career; both in terms of employees leaving for better opportunities and those suddenly 'disappearing' (this happened uncomfortably frequently during my time there). From the outside, the company appears buoyant and thriving. They do a pretty good job at PR and creating and maintaining a positive image. However, on the inside this is not reflected within the working environment. Another point that has been touched on before, the culture is built upon fear and blame which is used to 'motivate' staff. Fear of being made redundant is a primary concern.
