I have been working at MHR full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You’ll get to work with some of the most talented people you’ll ever meet.

Very supportive staff always pushing personal development

Best HR software of the market. Leading from the front by using it with their own employees and the benefits are clear

Both HR and management really do care for people willing to wave the MHR flag

Amazing opportunities for those who want to stand up and take ownership of their roles

    Cons

Very fast-paced (not necessarily a con but some may see it that way)

Some old school thinking with dress code (again same as above)

    Advice to Management

Really impressed with everything I’ve seen at MHR. I’d like to see more frequent or larger training groups.

I’d like to see more internal communications around mentoring opportunities.

I worked at MHR full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Gained life and work experience.

    Cons

Power hungry and pompous staff who treat you like children.
If your not born with a silver spoon in your mouth you wont be progressed.
Ignoring hungry, young staff who have so much to offer in a modern world and progress middle class majority who have have everything handed to them and look down on the peasants.
Being told to change who you are, to fit in with the company.

    Advice to Management

Change the ethos, the dress code and have a look what a modern business looks like.

I worked at MHR full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The restaurant is nice and the food is reasonably priced

    Cons

    - Management bully anybody who wants to make things better into no longer caring which brings down morale
    - Nobody believes in the work they're doing so it's full of people who want to just do 9-5, get paid and go home
    - Management don't really have any idea about software development or managing people
    - Managers spend most of their time playing politics and are too inexperienced to lead
    - Leadership, both technical and people, are a level above what they should be
    - They fire people who have opinions or want to make things better/show how inexperienced their managers are
    - There's no career development
    - There are team leads who shouldn't have been kept let alone promoted to team lead as they are bad as a manager and they lack any technical skills
    - No product vision
    - No faith in the product
    - No meeting rooms

    Advice to Management

Replace the people in charge of your new product. They are killing any morale in the engineering team and are far too inexperienced to be leading a product and making people leave.

    I worked at MHR full-time

    Pros

There are some absolutely wonderful people here, but they do not get nearly as much respect as they deserve.

    Cons

Not much room to move with sticks and heads up backsides.

There is a lot of pettiness, and bullying from management; the sort of thing you would expect from children, not professional adults.

Management talk about employees behind their backs, rather than expressing issues to their faces and discussing it like professional adults.

Support for mental health seems not to extend past the occasional, poorly placed poster in the office.

So long as management are getting what they want, no one else matters.

Some individuals practically throw tantrums until they get what they want.

They will tell you that they are not pointing fingers, whilst they point fingers.

As others have mentioned, it seems as though negative reviews are removed to raise the rating, not that this seems to be helping them at all.

    Extremely poor morale.

Not worth the depression and the breakdowns.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating employees like something you found on the bottom of your shoe.

    I worked at MHR full-time

    Pros

Don't believe the 5 star reviews, it's absolute nonsense and written by hr or management

    Cons

2.6 stars says a lot about a company.

When your review hits home they just report it anyway...

Investing in facilities, and not as bad as made out in the reviews, many employees want to come back. Strong product offerings, some great people

    Cons
