      Pros

      Luckily, I enjoy my assignment. I took this position with hopes of becoming an employee for the company. Unfortunately, this site will potentially be closing and has been put on a hiring freeze.

      Cons

      No paid time off, terrible healthcare options, poor communication, no raises.
