      Pros

      Great people and management.

      Cons

      Salaries are low and expectations are high. Working here has caused many people to become physically and mentally ill based on extreme work hours. Recruiters spend their days and nights documenting in 3rd world technology. Bonus based on YOY growth, so 1 bad year and you and your family pay the price. Benefits continue to become worse.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
