After 5years tossed to the side - Royal Mail Sorter Manpower Employee Review

Worst experience ever with the Royal mail manpower team at HWDC, after working there for 5 years they got rid of some of the hardest working individuals. The team leader maybe got a promotion and had stated he doesn’t care about this assignment since Royal Mail will likely pull out of a contract with manpower and had got moved up to the slough office. Ever since then things went down hill. No work for months since April 2021 then just before Christmas when shifts began to come back they terminated a lot of people that were there for years with no warning. Awful company stay well away from them if you care about your well-being.
