Manager lets you work in a very autonomous way. You are free to organize yourself as you wish
Cons
-Harasment -You are autonomous because managers are not former recruiters: they are not really abble to teach you mutch and relly on you most of the time - They will often make you do wrong thing deliberatly hopping clients won't notice (they always do) and then blame it on you when clients come to have an explanation)
