Outdated IT systems, Poor Salary, Lack of Career development that management & hr mention they are working on for years but still no career framework appears to be taking shape.

Cons
-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line.
-Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace
-One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
