Great offices in Sydney, very flexible with working from home. Some great partners to aspire too. Pay is average.

Cons

HR Leadership is poor, bullying is rife. Punished for whistleblowing. Pay is average. Technology is dated and difficult to work with.

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
