      Good benefit and, competitive salary.

      I reached out to various managers over the years for advice on how to grow in my career, and the responses were always underwhelming. After a while, I felt like management was happy to keep the status quo.

      Pros

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Cons

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
