Pros

Many challenging projects and development opportunities for high performers, there is a lot of investment in people that show potential: lateral moves, promotions, exchange programs etc.

Cons

There is not much differentiation in terms of incentives for high vs. low performers and very high attrition even for consulting which puts a strain on some empployees

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
