Pros

Being able to work from home is the biggest pro. Teammates and managers are kind but they don’t have a lot more authority to implement changes

Cons

FYI THIS IS A CALL CENTER! Disorganized and draining. The systems are terrible they look nice and that’s about it. Enrollments are easy if the system works but good luck with that every other day a person’s files show them inactive or their coverage randomly ending while they are still actively employed. This company takes on tons of clients promises these amazing benefits when in reality it’s working the counselors into the ground to make it look like they have these sources. It’s a bunch of 3rd parties. Quality has gotten ridiculous and I don’t even see the point of a service delivery team bc it takes them ages to get tickets done. That dept has been behind since Open enrollment in 2019. I doubt they’ll catch up and open enrollment is right around the corner again. I have never seen a company miss the mark on implementing systems that are worth it soo many times. If you need a paycheck and don’t mind angry calls all day come aboard. When you leave check everything bc they are shady as hell about time off being cashed out etc I think other departments are nice but not the call center it’s going downhill fast!!

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
