Significant flexibility to work when and how you want, as long as you are getting your job done. Opportunities to work with all types of clients on all types of projects, big, small and innovative. Working on projects that improve the world and make a differece. Working with fun people who will go the extra mile for you, and who are truly interested in helping clients get great results. Learning from many diverse and talented collegues and clients.
Cons
As with any big company, there are times when things are broken / not working well and change comes slowly. At times it's easy to feel that there are too many buerocratic tasks added to the work day, diverting our attention and time away from the key tasks of doing great work for our clients. The administrative systems (billing, time entry, expenses, CRM, tech, telecom, etc.) have improved vastly over the years, but there's always room for improvement.
