My experience working in the sales enablement team at Mercer has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, I received minimal guidance and support from the team leader, making it nearly impossible to navigate my role effectively. The person in charge of our team not only failed to provide direction but also inundated me with unnecessary messages on Teams daily, creating a chaotic work environment. Additionally, she consistently blamed me for her own project mismanagement, demonstrating a complete lack of accountability. To make matters worse, The team lead seemed more interested in finding excuses to terminate employees rather than addressing the root issues. I was unjustly targeted with inaccurate allegations, and I refused to sign off on them. Most unprofessional behaviour I have come across. Please beware of joining this team, please. Instead of offering mentorship and support, you're likely to be exploited.
