      Pros

      None- they use you and then dump you after 20 years of dedication! The CEO has no clue! IT management is a joke!

      The WORST company to work for!! The CEO is way out of touch and they really don't care about the people. They seem to only care about their bottom line and pinching every penny. They let an entire dept go to outsource to India without so much as a goodbye to people with 20 years tenure! They really didn't care about the people whatsoever. Replaceable.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
