      * Good Pay package for lateral entrants with a very good basic salary * Reasonable work Load * Good Employee Policies

      * Can stoop very low to get a project * No annual Appraisal and Hikes * Gives clients a free hand over their employees in some projects . * Lay offs are a worry when you are on bench

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
