      Pros

      It is a peoples company. Good spirit amongst workforce, management is not to proup to talk to the people. ideas which are bounced at management are listend to and worked with.

      Cons

      well, compensation, specially financially is not up to spec, specially in sales / pre sales. compensation, for the variable part of the package, is based not on your individual performance as a pre sales, but on the in country (DD countries have their own P&L resposibility) results, which is rather unfair.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
