Pros
Process oriented company with good stable senior management to guide you. Not much of work pressure except at time of delivery which is normal now days with every company. Lot of training provided with loads cultural and recreational activities going on.
Cons
Not at par with market when comes down to Pay. At times too much of emphasis is given on processes that ultimately slow down entire activity.
