      Pros

      Great location and offices. Monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones, bag, and chair (if required by doctor due to "back pain") to WFH. WFH 100% if your manager/team/client allow it.

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic. Internal relations with colleagues from other projects/departments is virtually null. Offices relationship look more like coworking than something else. Very cheap. They'll offer the lowest possible salary to anyone.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
