Pros
Nothing except brand and cabs from the company. Quarter end parties with colleagues which is of no use. Top level SLT simply sitting and monthly getting.
Cons
One of the worst management at senior level, no policy for women employees , policies only for men, stupid hr associates agree for everything from women associate. All low quality employee hiring from local bpo and create hype in the site. Employee who bend for manager were promoted and did some scams earlier were promoted to manager. One of the worst unprofessional people.
