Exempt employees (especially contractors hired by PB) own the expectation of working from home extensively after hours attending late-night conference calls, meeting suddenly restructured and unreasonable, next-morning deadlines as you will be hired to bear the labor-burden of those more veteran and/or senior to you. Heavily siloed, deeply entrenched culture caused by a hydra-like Org structure where these heads are so far apart from one another they don't communicate. In early 2016 PB turned off all legacy-system software globally and moved to 3-main systems.. SAP, Oracle, and SFDC - by early 2017 these systems will still be causing significant and impactful issues for clients this has caused massive turnover, many of whom have been PB employees in excess of 15-20 years. 'Seniority and tenure above all' who stays and who goes mentality has led to a flight of high-talent, uncommonly-skill employees being shown the door and immedetely finding open opportunity on the other side.
