      Pros

      Nice atmosphere and diversity of employees. Cafeteria on the premises. Pay is competitive. Therapist, gym, nutritionist, wellness program and medical staff on site and benefits of getting money back from going to all doctor's appointments is a plus.

      Cons

      Not aware when you will get let go. No warning signs. Depending on job title and pay range, not too concerned about annual reviews/assessment.

      Pros

      My team as well as other teams I work with have been amazing. I have grown so much in my role at Pitney Bowes. 15+ years with the company has been very rewarding.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to balance work and personal life but that is more of a me problem. I love what I do and put a lot into it.
