      Opportunity to learn new things and grow within the company

      Culture is extremely passive aggressive. You think you have buy in...people agree in person however they don't support the execution or worse sabotage it. Moreso than not, advancement in the company is based on the relationships you have and not necessarily the results you achieve.

      My team as well as other teams I work with have been amazing. I have grown so much in my role at Pitney Bowes. 15+ years with the company has been very rewarding.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to balance work and personal life but that is more of a me problem. I love what I do and put a lot into it.
