Excellent team of service professionals, great to work with. It was always a pleasure to go to work every day. Decent Pay, benefits, and matching Health Savings Account as well as matching 401K.
Cons
New upper management from IBM is taking company in the wrong direction, cutting too much too fast and the clients can feel the cuts by having much worse service response times.
