Pros

HONESTLY.... The only pros would be the compensation, and benefits.

FIRST OF ALL... Inside sales for supplies is extremely boring, and repetitive. You literally sit at a desk for 8 hours a day, calling on a list of customers who own a Pitney Bowes Postage meter and basically "trick them" into buying supplies in a way that borders being illegal. The supply aspect to their business is a dying industry. EVERYONE you call knows what you're calling for (to bug them about their postage meter supplies). NOBODY wants to be called 2-3 times every couple of months regarding something as insignificant as supplies for their meter. Management only cares about making quota. There are myriads of issues with their client data management systems, resulting in extremely streaky sales. I could go on but you should pick up what I am putting down. IMPORTANT: Pitney Bowes is undergoing a huge internal change. Many employees will end up being disappointed and frustrated. Especially in the Supply department.

Pros

My team as well as other teams I work with have been amazing. I have grown so much in my role at Pitney Bowes. 15+ years with the company has been very rewarding.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to balance work and personal life but that is more of a me problem. I love what I do and put a lot into it.
