Pros
This is veyr difficult to answer since there is very little positive left to say about working here. Start young, work your tail off for a few years to build the resume, collect some certifications and then get out.
Cons
The company is in a death spiral right now. Scores and scores of the best and brightest in the company have been laid off and more to come. They have re-branded more times than I count and it is clear they have no solid strategy that places them in front of the market rather than reacting to it. This is a firm chock full of internal audit types who cannot complete a sentence w/o uttering the word SOX. You will work long hours, rarely get feedback (I usually end up writing my own evals because management is too lazy or busy to actually stop and give me any actual feedback), be treated like a warm body and be expected to sing the praises of a company with no culture, among the worst benefits of any consulting firm, and the possible scarlet letter of having worked in a firm that is imploding upon itself. Its your call!
