I know that the vast majority of our people truly care about the work they do, and most importantly they care about the people they work with as well. So I am disappointed that you have not experienced the same supportive environment we strive to have here. I encourage you to share your concerns with your Career Advisor or if you are feeling supported there, ask your HR Manager if you can change your Career Advisor as that alignment is so very important in your happiness at work and career growth. Additionally I encourage you to share your perspective in your Leadership Feedback to ensure that your managers also know the impact they have had when working with you. That 360 feedback is so very important. Thank you!
