      Pros

      Learned a lot at Protiviti and met some great people. Good culture and environment. Have some good leaders at the MD level.

      Cons

      There is a lot favoritism and they don't try to hide it. They promote people based on being connected rather than on excelling at their job.

      Great opportunity to grow as an individual based off of your technical and behavioral skillset.

      If you are not assigned to a client, you could be on the bench which will affect your bonus.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
