Plenty of time off Hours are not as bad as with public accounting Lots of variety of clients (size and industry) Fun office environment Opportunities to travel
Cons
401k benefits are minimal but competitive Consulting in general is not for everyone. I think the travel can wear people down and makes it difficult for people to stay here long enough to make it to a management posistion.
