Pros

Promotions may be selected from their internal lottery if you get lucky Some favourites get promos every few months Some people are nice

Cons

Lottery doesn’t work in most people’s family favour One big game You can be promoted after 4 years just because you are not a fav whilst someone else is now 4 levels above you Wrong people promoted Toxic culture of not charging time Mgmt have no clue what team are doing Mgmt rate you bad as they are off the planet in another dimension throughout entire project and then think you did nothing and make up random nonsense about you not being fully invested when they didn’t attend anything declined every single meeting invite Plenty of bullies at AD / Director level

Pros

Great work life balance (depending on client, however I always had a good experience). Good company match, typical time off.

Cons

Could get stuck on a busy client for extended period.

Pros

Good WLB Great Bosses Health insurance & benefits are awesome Very flexible workforce Easy to climb up in promotions

Cons

Pay is below standard (Although I feel you still get paid decently for the area) If you're put on a production project, be ready to feel stuck. Management is very lost on where they want to head into the future. I am worried this company won't last much longer (Former arthur anderson) Can feel clique-y at times amongst peers (but this is not a problem of the company specifically)
