Pros

Nice working place; colleagues are prepared, well formed, experts...friends. Excellency in delivering products and assistance: clients are well satisfied.

Cons

Small reality that aims too high for its dimension: recruiting and retention is not as it should be. Currently there are too many mangers and too few Consultant and prepared Senior Consultant.

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
