Great work life balance (depending on client, however I always had a good experience). Good company match, typical time off.

Could get stuck on a busy client for extended period.

Decent pay and work from home for the most part

Horrible culture. Work is given out based upon closeness and relationships but not apportioned based upon merit and availability. Seems like a high school type of atmosphere behind the scenes as management plays favorites. A lot of talk about employees and an employee culture, instead it is mostly cut throat and sink or swim based on who you know now what you do.
