Pros

Great culture, especially if you work with global teams. Some interesting projects with AI, leadership is still adjusting but overall not bad

Cons

Certain teams work overtime or get stuck in resource augmentation roles for a long time.

Thank you for your feedback and for being part of the team for over three years. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience working with global teams and engaging in AI-related projects. Your comments on culture and leadership are also appreciated. We understand that workload varies depending on client needs and business priorities, and some teams may be placed on resource augmentation projects for extended periods. We are aware of this and are actively exploring ways to enhance our talent management process to better resource our consultants on projects that algin with their skills and aspirations. We encourage employees to raise such concerns with their career advisors, who can better align project opportunities with individual development goals. Thanks again for sharing your perspective.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
