Pros
Benefits are good. You have to negotiate though. It also depends on the client billing. You never know what your next client and billing rate it. Salary is on time. Since its staffing company, recruiters don't bother you as long as you are not out of job.
Cons
Not much interaction with the company after you are staffed. Its pro and con as well becoz they can give some training like other companies. Nothing much to say. If your assignment ends, its the initial recruiter who has to find job for you wherever he/she is. The other account managers won't interact.
