Pros
Benefits and salary are very competitive within the country. The tools and digital enviroment are quite developed for its short lifetime. Too soon to mention but growing expectancies, knowledge and development is promising
Cons
Onboarding is barely inexistent - apart from the one your team gives you - and fully remote begginings can be very lonely and draining at the beginning
