      The learning curve is huge. You're given autonomy from day 1 and you rarely feel like the smartest person in the room. You're able to have a huge impact on our costumers. All ideas are data driven and emotions take no part in business decisions.

      Fast paced. Can be tricky if you're not passionate and ambicious
