3yHi, Thank you for your review. We are still a very young business that has grown very quickly to meet the needs of our customers. We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to make sure that everyone we hire can be happy and productive here. Recently we've launched a new initiative called a RevManager Hub to make sure our leaders are well-prepared to perform their duties.
We have also worked a lot to unify and rearrange our departments for the people and business benefits. To build a proper career paths we broadened some seniority levels in some departments/roles. In this case adjustment of seniority could have happened, however the remuneration, bonuses and benefits of the person were not impacted by this technical change. Wish you best!
