Pros

The people. The culture is what it is, solely because of the employees. I made wonderful friends here, and they were ultimately the only reason I stayed as long as I did. You'll learn a lot, quickly. It's like taking a crash course on sales and working with clients and candidates alike. You'll learn how to carry yourself in a professional setting and will grow so much in your career because of this.

Cons

This job is VERY stressful, and you have very little worklife balance for low pay. They never really explain your bonus structure to you, and you have no idea how it works. Just know, unless you're a CPA, or highly educated, you'll be making roughly 45-50K a year and working 50-70 hours a week. On the Finance and Accounting side, you'll feel as if you are in the actual industry. Working long hours. You are essentially told you have to dress in closed toe shoes, blazers, nice jewelry ETC. So much is expected from you, and so little is given back in return. There are no summer hours, no free lunches....If you are looking for a place you can call home, with work life balance and more, this is not the place for you. The culture can be extremely toxic.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Success with other departments - just not in mine

Cons

Complete bait and switch. I accepted this position under one manager, only to find out after resigning from my previous job that I would be reporting to someone else entirely. There was no meaningful onboarding, no training materials, and no support system in place. My manager openly stated that there was no monetary value in helping me succeed and made little effort to train or develop me. Requests to shadow and learn the business were dismissed in favor of keeping me on the phones. Instead of being set up for success, I felt actively prevented from growing. HR was equally disappointing. I raised legitimate concerns and never received a response. The organization talks about development and support, but my experience suggested otherwise. Joining this company was one of the biggest professional mistakes I have made.
