Good location, good salary, friendly co-workers (until they quit).
Cons
Management has been there since the 1980's and hasn't evolved since. Archaic leadership that is woefully out of touch with the current employment environment. Rigged commission/bonus system almost ensures you'll quit before you make a dime.
