RHI is a great place to learn the staffing industry. However eventually most people end up out growing them. - Account Executive Robert Half Employee Review

Pros

They have a great training program for people that have no experience in the staffing industry. People that are successful at RHI also are very marketable and usually have no problems finding that next great sales or recruiting position. You also build strong work habits that are also very transferable.

Cons

The culture can be a bit too brutal for some people. Those that are successful don't let the negativity to get to them. It is also a very make it or break it culture. At three months if you are not meeting your numbers you are gone. That type of environment can be stressful. I've seen people that are so afraid of getting fired they freeze up and cannot do their job.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
