Cons
IT is disastrous. Teleports me to the 90s every morning. Opportunities can range between great and poor, depending on which project you get put onto. Your salary will be deducted, you will be forced to take unpaid leave etc under the excuse of "covid impact" Most of the direct line managers are not good enough in my opinion. Almost no focus on developing people (by line managers, even though the company does try) Communication is abysmal, especially over the past couple of years. I bet nobody in the office knows the org structure. Getting promoted is more convoluted than it should be.
