      Pros

      Couldn’t list everything if I tried but feel valued, heard and trusted. Aside from the amazing employee benefits (up to 14% employer contributions to my pension for one!!!) it’s the little things, recognition and just general fun things going on in the office

      None, literally wouldn’t change a thing
