Pros

-Decent culture, especially among younger employees -There is an opportunity to make a large amount of money here, if you stick with it -Flex hours -Beautiful office -Training is very well done

Cons

-Obsessed with KPIs - if you’re looking for a quality > quantity place, this is not it. The funny thing is that I was actually warned about that going in but was told by my manager that that wasn’t the case anymore. Definitely still is that environment -Turn over - it’s a bit of a revolving door, even for a sales company -Management - my team was ran by people who knew how to bill, but had no idea how to manage people. Lots of yelling, constant restructuring, favoritism, and some of the worst conflict resolution I’ve ever seen. Virtually no positives, other then the fact that they knew how to make money -Commission structure and incentives are ok, but there are definitely better ones out there -There’s no cross collaboration between perm/contract/brands - mostly just fighting over client and candidate ownership, at a disgusting level -Tech is outdated - computers crash constantly, the phones are from the early 2000s, consider yourself lucky if you get a working a headset

Pros

Great office building location, company culture, and generous PTO.

Cons

There is a large emphasis of meeting metrics and KPIs. Seems as though management is more focused on hitting daily numbers rather than celebrating actual wins. There is not a lot of training involved in the process of actually acquiring clients. First few months will be training and filled with lots of meetings about getting candidates for jobs that don’t exist. A lot of the job is luck and money is largely dependent on what area you’re working in and your managers connections as well. Definitely not a job where you should expect to make commission within your first year or two.
