Pros

None what so ever I am just writing in here to fill in the gaps

Cons

Completely bias management staff, if you are a woman, be prepared for explicit jokes and advances from senior management, if you have an ounce of respect for yourself as a woman you will not get far. Recruiters act like a pack of wolves and sucking up to your boss is a must. Alcoholism and drug culture is rampant.

Pros

The only reason i actually turned up to work was to get paid otherwise i would have ran a mile faster than my eyes blink.

Cons

Communication between managers is ridiculous. My first week into recruitment and the floor manager had no idea what i was supposed to be doing. False promises at interview stage not followed through. They have this very high expectation of the work provided but are not willing to pay you market rate. I have read reviews on glassdoor before i even started my position and was sceptical about the reviews. One thing i can affirm is there is definately a drug culture. It is absolutely disgusting, watching your own manager high. When i went to recs to recs and they asked me why i wanted to leave i was never questioned about my feedback. It is general knowledge how bad this company is. Racism is tolerated too, if you do not drink or consume drugs you will not fit in thats for sure. It is frowned upon if you want to actually look after your health. There is an overall lack of professionalism in the offices. People swear in every single sentence. The gong is banged not caring that you have people speaking to consultants on the phone. They believe it is absolutely necessary to do an embarassing presentation about yourself where everyone can sit and laugh at you, claiming that it is a way to get to know you This is actually a HR issue. Managers take your pictures off linkedin and claim they own your linkedin too. If you ever complain it is pushed aside or your made to look as if your the issue. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Thank you for sharing your feedback and I’m sorry that your experience of working at SThree was a negative one. You’ve raised a range of issues in your feedback that we’re keen to understand better. In the first instance, we’ll be exploring these with the management team in our Birmingham office – and have started to do this already. While we’re still exploring the points you raised, it’s difficult to provide a comprehensive response. However, there are some points it’s worth highlighting straight away: · We have a zero-tolerance approach to drugs, so if there is evidence of a breach of our drugs and alcohol policy, we would act on it · Racism or any other discriminatory language or behaviour is completely unacceptable. If there’s any indication that such behaviour is being tolerated, then we’d act on this immediately · Our approach to pay is performance-based, with an emphasis on rewarding success. We also have clear pay bands, which consultants can view on the intranet and easily see how they can progress their pay. Rest assured that we don’t take feedback lightly; we’d appreciate you contacting our HR team directly to provide evidence of such behaviour, so that we can investigate and act accordingly. You can do this by emailing groupemployeerelations@sthree.com in confidence.

Pros

Training program Clare Russell is an excellent manager attended a few lunch clubs in my time with STHREE Pencils were always sharp pens always had ink in them

Cons

- Lack of honesty in reviews "teething problems" don't make me laugh! Generic responses really make you question authenticity of responses. - Sheven - The company preaches equality yet massively under pay the Glasgow resource centre ultimately making the GRC a stepping stone for any recruiter with ambition - Current employees seem to stalk linkedin accounts of recruiters that have previously left the business almost on a daily basis (real pharma within the GRC) - Promotion criteria flexible for favoured members of staff and those who moan about it enough.
