- Young atmosphere very dynamic and fun - Commission plan - They are understanding with employee's personal issues - Work/life balance is good
Cons
- They have managers who have been working for years there, who do absolutely nothing apart from showing up at the office and pretending to work. The high management knows it but nothing changes. - When you don't bring any deal, you are transparent to them - When you resign, no one talks to you anymore - HR related questions: takes more than 5 days for a response - High price paid by the clients for Sthree services but our services are mediocre - They make you believe that you can evolve but there's no room to evolve to anything else than making more deals. It is very boring in the end - High turn over because no one wants to keep doing the same thing all over again more than 5 years
