- No escalation process. There are always challenges back, enough so the issue remains with whoever is attempting to escalate. If something is actually taken away by Leadership, nothing is heard back in return.
Appreciation - This seems to be significantly lacking in the backline team I’m part of. If something goes wrong or an error is made, this is called out/noticed straight away. When something goes right/effort put in to ensure minimal impact and/or no ongoing impact, nobody bats an eyelid. More of a ‘well it’s your job’ attitude.
No spontaneity in the Leadership Team - Everything seems scripted, it’s obvious when they are trying to do something different or why they are trying to do something different.
