Pros
Sage has fully supported me throughout my 15 years at Sage. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed but focussed on key priorities for the business. The culture has improved under Steve Hare. Sage has looked after it's staff incredibly well during the Covid19 crisis ensuring everyone has the support they need. This included moving everyone to home working ahead of the countrywide lockdown, and procuring access to mental health wellbeing services.
Cons
Sage could be more confident in the market, and shout about it's products more. I'd like to see us invest more in above the line marketing especially with regards to our native cloud products.
