Pros
The company has a great reputation and the product offering is well received. Lots of flexibility to work from home, although they are currently trying to get more people back into the office. The office is really nice. Solid training (both a blessing and a curse, lots of ongoing mandatory training whether you are seasoned or not). They continue to innovate, which is always a plus.
Cons
Where to start--thousands and thousands of people laid off in the last 6 months with thousands more to come this year. Entire departments were wiped out with no rhyme or reason. Massive amounts of technical and client expertise gone makes for an unstable environment. Morale is low, and people are now voluntarily leaving in droves. Management is stressed out, leading to extreme micromanagement. The company preaches about Ohana and how we are all family but they have no problem kicking really talented "family members" to the curb. Perhaps job openings will be out there due to the mass exodus, but I'd be very leery to join.
