Horrific behaviour from certain individuals in senior management, one person in particular who is the root cause of high numbers of people leaving the business. Be prepared for a tyrannical approach, disrespect, demeaned, and zero focus on development. Many people suffered anxiety and mental health degradation, HR horrifically unsupportive despite having a catalogue of complaints which they’ve failed to act upon. Don’t work here - it’s the stuff of nightmares literally.
