Pros
Worked extensively in team concept, with production, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, quality , and sales. TE provided an atmosphere that made everyone feel accountable for a good outcome. Pushed us, as buyers and schedulers to streamline systems, and provide cost reductions.
Cons
We worked with little or no supervision (which can also be a pro), but chain of command, within the company as sometimes very confusing.
